Guests should always provide their full name upon deposits. Otherwise the deposit may not be traceable.
Guest should always inform El Barco Luxury Suites via e-mail about any deposits made as soon as possible.
The reservation is confirmed only as and when an e-mail confirmation is received by the guest.
Any outstanding balance should be paid by guest on arrival.
Confirmed reservations are not affected by any price change.

Settling of the accommodation outstanding balance (the amount remaining after the advance payment) must be made on arrival for all guests booking directly at El Barco Luxury Suites.
Currently accepted balance payment methods is cash only.
Guests agree that liability for all bills, including unsigned bills is not waived.
We take great care in preparing your accommodation. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could inform us on your approximate time of arrival.
Check-in time: No earlier than 15:00 (local time)
Check-out time: No later than 11:00 (local time)
In case of unusual flight delays or inconvenience whilst traveling, guests should contact us via email or telephone at their earliest convenience.
Guests departing with early flights/ferries are requested to settle outstanding payments latest at the day before departure.
As a consideration to our arriving guests, please plan to vacate your room by 11:00. If you need to extend your stay, please contact us at least one day prior to your expected departure date/time.
Extra charges apply for early arrival or late departure. Use of the room after 11:00 will be charged at 50% the daily rate. After 18:00 full rate will apply.
Guests arriving after check-in date are charged according to initially booked dates.
Please note that early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
Up to 40 days prior to arrival, 15% of the total reservation amount is refundable. After that, the full amount of the advance payment is non-refundable. The advance payment can then be held for a future reservation after a new agreement.
In the unlikely event of El Barco Luxury Suites having to cancel a confirmed reservation to unforeseen reasons, any amount paid by the guest for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, El Barco Luxury Suites cannot be held liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
El Barco Luxury Suites is open from early June to late September, depending on occupancy, weather conditions and any other special conditions that may occur.
Children up to two (2) years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding (sleeping with their parents).
For guests with children up to 9 years-old a security deposit equal to 10% of the total reservation amount is required. This deposit is added to the advance payment and it substructed in full from the outstanding balance when no damage to the property or the equipment is observed. In different case the cost of the damage is added to the outstanding balance.
No more than the number of persons stated upon reservation or in any means agreed may use the reserved accommodation. Should the host find more persons accommodated than stated, it is up to their discretion to ask the guest to pay an additional fee or vacate the accommodation without any refund.
Only registered guests are permitted in guestrooms. Any property facilities are for the use of guests only. Any damages are charged to closing bill.
No pets allowed in any space of the accommodation. Guests bringing pets without prior agreement is not allowed, and the Host has the right to cancel the reservation without any refund or apply extra charges.
Due care must be taken during the entire stay and children should not be left unattended. The guests are responsible for (and recommended to procure) their own insurance coverage against theft, personal accidents, trip cancellation etc.
El Barco Luxury Suites will not assume any responsibility for any personal or material damage, loss or injury due to the above-mentioned or any similar type of accidents or incidents.

Although our staff is highly reliable and the area is quite safe, valuables shall be left at the accommodation at guest’s own risk. El Barco Luxury Suites cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
Each accommodation unit is maintained to the highest standards. Should you experience any difficulties during your stay, we will do our outmost to assist and solve the problem as soon as possible.
El Barco Luxury Suites reserves the right to change or update this Accommodation Policy at any time without further notice. All Accommodation Policy changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Website. Please check the Website periodically for any changes.
